1. How do your size run?
Our clothing comes in the following fits:

FORM FITTING
Side seamed and body contoured these garments have a body-hugging close fit. Please size up for a looser fit.

FITTED
Fitted shirts are cut smaller in all aspects and designed to fit tight. Please size up for a looser fit.

STANDARD
A relaxed cut that will fit average body types. Not too loose, not too tight.

2. I see the name ‘Café Press’ on the my BabyTalkin' order receipt and packaging.   Who is Café Press?
Café Press is the name of the company that manufactures all of the BabyTalkin’ products.  The  company also handles all of our product mailing and billing.

3. What if I change my mind after I receive my BabyTalkin’ item?

4. I still feel don’t feel comfortable ordering online.  Can I make an order by telephone?
No problem! We accept orders over the phone. To order by phone, please call us toll-free at 1-877-809-1659 during our customer service hours. Before calling, please note the Product Numbers of the items you wish to order. To find the Product Number, simply click on the item you wish to order and locate the Product Number below the item name (such as White T-shirt).

 5. How fast will I received my order?
Most products ship within 24 hours. Typically, you can expect to receive your order in less than a week.

6. What type of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and check cards (as long as they are connected with one of the major credit card companies listed here). You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.

PAYING BY CHECK CARD
If you're paying with a Visa Check Card, or MasterMoney Card enter it as if it was a regular credit card.

AUTHORIZING YOUR CREDIT CARD
When you place an order with us, we contact your credit card's issuing bank to confirm that your credit card is a valid number and has not been reported as lost or stolen. We do this by requesting authorization for the sale. We don't actually charge your card at this time. We never charge your card for the items in your order until we are ready to ship them.

It is not uncommon for a request for credit card authorization to fail once or twice before the card is finally authorized. We will send you an e-mail if we experience difficulties in authorizing your credit card.

You are always welcome to submit new credit card information to us for a particular order, provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping proces.
